Ankarsrum Vegetable Shredder Attachment

The Ankarsrum vegetable shredder attachment makes meal prep a breeze! It attaches to your Ankarsrum stand mixer and has three drums for slicing and medium or coarse grating. The slicing drum creates uniform slices of fruits and vegetables which are ideal for salads and gratins. You can use the medium and coarse grating drums to grate vegetables, cheese, chocolate and more. It’s ideal for making a speedy coleslaw or grating cheese for a pasta bake.

To use the attachment, you need to turn your mixer on its side. Place a plate or chopping board beneath the grater to collect your chopped vegetables. With your ingredients grated and ready to go, dinner will be ready in minutes.
