Description
Brew coffee on your induction hob with this Bialetti Moka pot. Bialetti teamed up with Dolce & Gabbana to give the coffee maker its striking design. Each pot is a celebration of Italian culture and coffee making tradition.
The coffee maker features bi-layer boiler technology. It has a steel outer layer that is compatible with induction, gas and electric hobs. The inner aluminium layer guarantees even heat distribution.
The Moka pot was invented in 1933 by Alfonso Bialetti, an Italian engineer. The pot works by forcing hot water through tightly packed ground coffee. This high-pressure infusion results in a strong, full-bodied cup of coffee.
The eye-catching design is a tribute to Carretto Siciliano. In Sicily, two-wheeled carts are decorated with vibrant colours and motifs. More than just a means of transport, they are considered moving artworks and symbols of Sicilian culture.
Wash by hand – no detergent is required. Not dishwasher safe.
