Description

Chili Klaus pink garlic hot sauce has a subtle heat and rich garlic flavour. It’s ranked five on the Chili Klaus ‘Wind Force’ scale – closer to a breeze than a hurricane!

This hot sauce is made with a blend of red, scorpion and bhut jolokia chillies. It will spice up sandwiches and sauces without overwhelming the other flavours. Pungent with garlic, it has a gentle tang from balsamic and apple cider vinegar.

Drizzle pink garlic hot sauce over pizza, tacos and chicken wings. Or, mix with mayonnaise to spread on wraps and burgers.
