Chopped roasted Piemonte IGP hazelnuts are an easy way to add one of the best hazelnuts in the world to your baking. The chopped nuts are roasted first to intensify the hazelnut flavour.

Use the chopped Piemonte IGP hazelnuts to coat homemade chocolate truffles or decorate the top of a coffee cake. Add into biscuit dough for nutty tea-time treats, or simply sprinkle over an ice cream sundae. The chopped roasted Piemonte IGP hazelnuts are also a great addition to salads.

The hazelnuts are grown in Piemonte, or Piedmont, a region of northwest Italy that borders France and Switzerland.
