Description

This Portuguese extra virgin olive oil has an intense, peppery flavour. Rich in antioxidants, it’s best used as a finishing oil to showcase its superior taste.

Drizzle the oil over crostini topped with tomatoes or bacalhau (salt cod). It’s wonderful with cheese, pasta dishes and vegetable soups.

The oil is produced in Portugal’s Alto Alentejo wine region. It is made by Ana Cardoso who farms and mills the oils on her 10 hectare plot. The olives are milled within hours of being picked for maximum freshness and flavour.
