Description

Drizzle Conbini katsu ketchup over French fries and fried chicken. It’s a sweet-savoury blend of tomato ketchup and Japanese curry sauce. Once you try it, you’ll want to put it on everything!

The flavours are inspired by Japan’s beloved katsu curry. Sweet, tangy ketchup is infused with tamari, garlic and spices. This sauce is fantastic on burgers and fish and chips. Try spreading it on soft white bread for a bacon sarnie with a twist.

Serve katsu ketchup as a dip for sweet potato wedges. It’s particularly good with fried foods like tempura and chicken karaage.

Conbini was founded by Holly Dalton, a chef with a lifelong love of Japan. The company makes condiments and pantry staples inspired by yōshoku. This is the Japanese term for Western-inspired food. Conbini products are vegan-friendly and palm oil free.
