The De Buyer Mineral B Pro frying pan is made from 99% pure steel. It’s perfect for high temperature cookery. Use it to sauté vegetables and get a great sear on a sirloin.

De Buyer Mineral B Pro Frying Pan is available in two sizes:

De Buyer’s Mineral B pans are coated with natural beeswax. This provides protection against rust. The beeswax gives the pans enhanced non-stick properties compared to other iron pans.

The cooking surface heats quickly and evenly for superior caramelisation. This is your go-to pan for grilling, searing and browning. It has a Lyonnaise profile so food slides easily from pan to plate.

The pan develops a non-stick patina over time so you can cook with less oil. The sides are deep enough for shallow frying and simmering sauces.

The Mineral B Pro frying pan is suitable for all kinds of hobs, including induction. It can also be used in the oven.

Requires seasoning before first use. After cooking, rinse clean with warm water. Dry and lightly oil before storing. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
