Description

Edible sparkling powder food colour brings a lustrous shimmer to chocolate, cakes, and sugar work. Sprinkle the edible silver shimmer dust directly onto your creations, apply with a finger or brush, or mix with a little alcohol before applying it with a paint-brush. For shimmering chocolate-work, brush onto the insides of moulds before pouring in the chocolate, or paint a little onto a jelly mould for a pearlised dessert.
