Description

Drizzle Giusti balsamic cherry glaze over ice cream and soft cheeses. Made with aged balsamic vinegar, it has a rich, fruity flavour. You can taste the sweet-sour tang of cherries in every drop.

This creamy glaze complements sweet and savoury dishes. Use it as a glaze for pork, duck and gammon. Or, drizzle it over salads and roasted vegetables. The fruity acidity works beautifully with sprouts and bitter leaves.

Delight dinner guests by swirling the cherry-infused glaze over ice cream. It’s delicious with fresh fruit and creamy cheesecakes. You can also add a few dots to your cheeseboard.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
