Description

Giusti balsamic crema is infused with ripe raspberries. Notes of red fruit pair beautifully with the vinegar’s sweet-sour tang. It’s reduced to a sticky glaze, ideal for drizzling.

Brush the glaze over red meat before roasting. The caramelised sweetness balances the rich flavour of duck and game. It’s also delicious with roasted vegetables, such as sprouts and squash.

Raspberry balsamic glaze pairs beautifully with cheese. Pair it with soft, creamy cheeses like Brie and burrata. We like to swirl it over vanilla ice cream and panna cotta. The sharp, fruity flavour cuts through their creamy richness.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
