Description

This Giusti glaze pairs sweet-sour balsamic vinegar with earthy black truffle. Reduced to a creamy consistency, it has a rich, caramelised flavour. Use it to decorate plates and add a gourmet touch to canapés.

Drizzle the umami-rich glaze over fillet steaks and mushroom risotto. It adds a touch of luxury to omelettes and buttery scrambled eggs. You can taste the woodsy flavour of black truffle in every drop.

Truffle balsamic glaze is perfect for mushroom dishes. Use it as a finishing touch for mushroom ravioli and grilled oyster mushrooms.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
