CopperBond pans feature a 100% copper core for fast, even heating. Copper pans are favoured by chefs for their excellent conductivity and temperature control. The core is protected by five layers of 18/10 stainless steel.

The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. You can also use it in the oven for braising and slow cooking.

The saucepan has a non-reactive steel interior and matching lid. You can use it to boil pasta, simmer sauces and sauté vegetables. The lid rests snugly on the rim to lock in heat and flavour. Flush rivets prevent food build up so clean up is quick and easy.
