This cider vinegar is aged for two years to allow the strong, sweet-sour flavours to develop. Made in France, it combines the juice of pressed apples with vinegar and sugar cane. The result is a potent aged vinegar that tastes fantastic on oysters and roasted vegetables. Use it sparingly – a little goes a long way!
This artisan cider vinegar has a fruity, acidic flavour that works beautifully in dressings, sauces and rich gravies for beef and pork.
