Pure black tea is infused with pieces of dried apple and strawberry. They mimic the fruity flavour of a macaron. Macarons are meringue-based cookies with a smooth ganache filling. They’re tricky to make but easy to eat!

For best results, steep the tea in 95°C water for four minutes.
