Description

Savour the delicate taste of Sakura Blue loose leaf tea. Created by Mariage Frères, it combines pure oolong tea with blue flower petals. It’s light and floral with a refreshing finish.

‘Blue tea’ is another name for oolong. It’s made from the youngest tea leaves, picked early in the morning. ‘Blue’ refers to the blue-green colour of the leaves during the oxidation process.

The Sakura collection is inspired by springtime in Japan. Discover a range of green teas with fresh, invigorating flavours. In Japan, cherry blossoms symbolise fleeting beauty and new beginnings.

Carry your cup outside to sip Sakura Blue in the sunshine. It’s delicious on its own or paired with food.

For best results, steep the tea in 90°C water for four minutes.
