This fragrant linguine is flavoured with lemon juice and black pepper. It releases a wonderful lemony aroma as it cooks. The slender strands are perfect for vegetarian and fish-based recipes. Prawns and white crab are a great match for lemon-flavoured pasta.
For a quick supper, fry garlic and thin strips of courgette in olive oil. Add the linguine, some pasta cooking water and a splash of white wine. Top with basil and a squeeze of lemon juice. This fresh, citrusy dish is delicious on a summer evening.
