Description

Morelli linguine is a great choice for light seafood sauces. Toss the fine strands with prawns or clams sautéed in garlic and olive oil.

Originating from Liguria, linguine is a long, flat pasta shape. You can pair it with a few simple ingredients for a fast, satisfying supper. Cherry tomatoes, fresh pesto and crab meat are all good options.

Morelli uses an artisan method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina. It gives their pasta a unique flavour and aroma, similar to toasted wheat.

The pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.

Cooking time: 5-6 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from cereals.
