Description

Use Netherton Foundry’s spun iron cooking press for fast, even cooking. It’s your secret weapon for crispy bacon, caramelised steaks and perfect paninis.

The 4lb press is made from durable spun iron. It comes pre-seasoned and will build a non-stick patina over time. For best results, pre-heat before use.

Place the press on top of burgers or spatchcocked chicken in a frying pan. The weight presses the food against the hot pan for superior char and caramelisation. It stops bacon from curling and gives vegetables a fantastic flame-grilled flavour.
