Description
This Ocelot chocolate bar is infused with lemon olive oil. As it melts on your tongue, rich cocoa notes give way to citrus zing.
Ocelot’s 70% dark chocolate is made with beans grown in Virunga National Park. Situated in Eastern Congo, Virunga is Africa’s oldest nature reserve. The cocoa farmers work tirelessly to protect their habitat.
As you break off a piece, you will hear a satisfying snap. This is a mark of high quality chocolate. It’s dark and intense with a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Lemon-flavoured olive oil adds peppery notes and a zesty aroma.
The olive oil is made at the De Carlo family mill in Puglia. At harvest time, they stone-grind whole lemons along with the olives. The result is a flavourful green oil that’s perfumed with fresh citrus.
Ocelot chocolate is 100% organic and sold in fully recyclable and compostable packaging.
Suitable for vegans.
Store in a cool, dry place.
