Description

Pariani’s whole raw pistachios bring a purple-green hue and aromatic flavour to sweet and savoury dishes. With a crunchy texture, these raw pistachios are fantastic mixed with sugar for a sweet, nutty brittle. As well as using whole, you can roughly chop the pistachios and sprinkle over ice cream, or stir through rice salads with dried fruits.

We also love gently toasting the pistachios in a dry frying pan, then sprinkling over grilled plums and yogurt for a simple yet elegant dessert.
