The salt mill comes with Peugeot’s patented u’Select grinding mechanism, which allows you to choose how coarse or fine you want your salt – ideal for all dishes, from steaks to ragus to dark chocolate tarts.

Measuring 10cm, this compact salt mill is great to have on hand in the kitchen and can be stored in even the smallest of spaces.

Do not use with ‘wet’ salts such as Guerande or fleur de sel, peppercorns, sea salt or other spices. We recommend rock salt, like this one.
