Description

Sabarot blueberries are stored in a light sugar syrup. Known as myrtilles in France, they are a delightful addition to pastries and desserts.

Blueberries have a bright, sweet flavour with citrusy acidity. With this jar in your cupboard, you can enjoy their tangy taste at any time of year. Add blueberries to fruit salads, pancakes, pies and muffins. They’re great with ice cream, too.

Cook the blueberries with sugar, water and lemon juice to make a fruity syrup. Its sweet-sour flavour is fantastic in gin-based cocktails.

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, refrigerate in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
