Description

Sanpellegrino Chino is the ultimate grown-up orange soda. It’s made from the chinotto, a small, bitter variety of orange that’s cultivated in southern Italy and Sicily. As well as bittersweet orange flavours, the sparkling Chino has aromas of cinnamon, cloves and allspice.

When you drink Sanpellegrino Chino, it starts sweet with almost cola-caramel notes. Then it gets spicy and woody, before finishing with a lingering bitterness.

Serve Chino chilled, with a lemon wedge garnish to further bring out Chino’s distinctive flavours. The complex layers of flavour and aroma make this a fabulous alcohol-free choice for parties.

The Chino also makes a sophisticated mocktail called the Green Chinotto. Infuse a homemade simple sugar syrup with fresh sage and mint. Add 30ml of this syrup to a highball glass along with 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir to combine, then fill the glass with ice. Pour over Sanpellegrino Chino, garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge and enjoy!
