Description
Serve whole Cornish sardines on toast with a squeeze of lemon. The heat of the chilli-infused oil complements their salty, fishy flavour.
Sea Sisters sardines are prepared and packed by hand in Dorset. Keep a few tins in the cupboard and enjoy a healthy meal in minutes. You can eat the fish straight from the tin or use it as a topping for salads and grain bowls.
Toss the sardines with spaghetti for a Mediterranean-inspired meal. You can fry garlic and a minced shallot in the spicy oil from the tin. Add a scattering of olives and lemon zest before serving.
Sea Sisters colourful tins are 100% recyclable.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, refrigerate and consume within two days.
About Sea Sisters
Sea Sisters began as a lockdown kitchen project for Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen. Now, they operate a craft cannery in West Dorset. They call their award-winning tinned seafood ‘British conservas’. This is the name given to high quality tinned seafood in Spain and Portugal. Passionate about sustainability, they work with fisheries that use low impact fishing methods.
