Description
Use Kefirko’s milk kefir grains to make the creamy fermented drink at home. These organic reusable grains are the live culture needed to make milk kefir. The dehydrated grains are small white balls of bacteria and yeast that turn the milk into kefir.
Before use, reactive the grains according to packet instructions. Once reconstituted, 1g of dried milk kefir grains turn to 6g of fresh milk kefir grains to prepare 600ml of milk kefir.
