Description

Terre Exotique almond paste is made with 100% whole almonds. It’s coarser than standard almond butters and has a rich, nutty flavour. Use it to make sweet almond cookies or protein-packed energy balls.

This plant-based paste is ideal for breakfasts and snacking on the go. Serve it as a dip for sliced apples or add a spoonful to smoothies and overnight oats. It’s also delicious on crackers and toasted bagels.

Terre Exotique almond paste is unsweetened, so you can use it in savoury recipes. Pair it with olive oil and fresh herbs to make salad dressings and pesto. Or, add a spoonful to curries to add natural nutty sweetness.

Store away from heat and humidity. Recommended storage temperature between 15°C and 20°C.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
