Chocolate Detective’s goldfinch eggs are a treat to take to any lunch party. Open the box to reveal 12 eggs with speckled shells. The crunchy sugar shells hide a sweet surprise. Inside, you’ll find layers of milk and dark chocolate. Each egg is filled with rich hazelnut praline. 

The Chocolate Detective writes, “The striking black and red facemask and yellow wing bars have earned Goldfinches their reputation for being one of our most handsome birds.”

The eggs are made in France using bean-to-bar couverture. The ethically produced cocoa comes from a large farm in Ecuador.

The recyclable boxes feature colourful bird illustrations. The artwork is by British artist and illustrator Madeleine Floyd.
