Description

Chocolate Detective’s broken chocolate and foraged fennel shards are an extraordinary combination of flavours – one of Sous Chef founder Nicola’s favourites.

The flavours are inspired by founder Chantal’s childhood in Tehran. Cardamom and fennel are used in many Iranian recipes.

The white chocolate has a high percentage (36%) of cocoa butter. This gives it a smooth and creamy texture. Cardamom adds aromatic, citrusy notes that complement its sweetness.

Let the chocolate melt on your tongue to appreciate its complex flavour. There are fresh, anise-like notes from wild fennel seeds. These are foraged from a beach in Kent. A pinch of Scottish sea salt is added to balance the creamy sweetness.

The chocolate is dusted with gold for a decadent finishing touch. Share the broken shards with friends who love white chocolate. The unique flavour combination will delight adventurous eaters.

All packaging is compostable, including the natureflex inner bag.
