Thiccc Sauce Carolina Gold Honey Mustard, 150ml

This BBQ sauce has layers of flavour. There’s heat from American mustard and acidity from apple cider vinegar. It gets its sweetness from brown sugar and blossom honey.

Use this honey mustard BBQ sauce to baste ribs and chicken on the grill. You can serve it as a dip for onion rings or drizzle it over a hot dog.

Carolina Gold’s sweet-savoury flavour is particularly good with pork. Add a splash to slow-cooked pulled pork to serve in brioche buns. Serve with pickles and crunchy coleslaw to cut through the richness.
