We hope you love everything you order from souschef-uk.com, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it.

How to return an item

You can send back any unused, unopened, and resaleable products within 28 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

To start a return, simply log into your account at souschef-uk.com, select your order, and follow the return instructions. Once we’ve received and checked your items, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Perishable goods, opened food products, and customised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Cookbooks, magazines, or other sealed items must remain unopened for a refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know via your account at souschef-uk.com. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Please note, original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

If you’d like a replacement, simply return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order through souschef-uk.com.

Responsibility for returns

Until we receive your return, the goods remain your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service for peace of mind.
